It is hard to see that children do not play outside anymore, that neighbours do not know each other, that there are more cars in the neighbourhood than trees, no parking places, and that neighbours look at each other ‘’plates’’ instead of each other’s eyes.

 

Many build houses - we build neighbourhoods in which we "install" life. We are re-establishing the best of the housing communities: traditional knowledge, proven solutions, fresh architecture, security, a modern way of life and childhood as we knew before...

At selected locations we build functionally rounded neighbourhoods with an emphasis on outer green surfaces, and a balance between the privacy of one's own home and the interconnected influence of the neighbourhood, where neighbours know each other, are socialising among themselves and children are playing outside.
